Returns & Refund Policy
3QTR Clothing operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
We stand behind the quality of every product we release and aim to keep our returns
process clear, fair, and straightforward.
1. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund
if a product:
Is faulty or defective
Is not as described
Is significantly different from what was shown
Is not fit for its intended purpose
If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement.
If the issue is minor, we may offer a repair or replacement within a reasonable
timeframe.
These rights cannot be excluded or limited.
2. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
At our discretion, we may offer an exchange or store credit provided:
The item is unworn
The item is unwashed
Tags remain attached
The return is requested within 14 days of delivery
Return shipping costs for change of mind are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Sizing Exchanges
Please review the sizing guide before purchasing.
If you require a size exchange:
The item must be in original, unworn condition
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
Additional shipping charges may apply for the replacement
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving
your order.

Clear photos of the fault
We will assess the issue and provide a resolution in line with Australian Consumer
Law.
5. How to Start a Return
All returns must be approved before being sent back.

Do not send items back without prior approval.
Return instructions and the return address will be provided once approved.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10
business days.
Store credits (if applicable) will be issued via email.
Final Note
3QTR Clothing is committed to maintaining high product standards and a fair returns
process.
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the conditions outlined
above.
